PLEASE NOTE: This form does not entitle the bearer to ownership of a foal. A Breeder Designation only entitles the
bearer to be shown as the BREEDER of a foal. The Recorded Owner of the Dam at the time of Foaling still must sign the
registration application under the corresponding section and if a transfer is to occur the Recorded Owner of the Dam at the
time of Foaling must also sign in the Transfer of Ownership section. A transfer fee will apply.
ASSIGNMENT OF BREEDER DESIGNATION
I hereby assign the designation of breeder, as outlined in the Rules and
Regulations and Registration Procedures Manual of the Canadian Arabian Horse Registry, to
the person or persons listed below for the foal described. I understand that the person or
persons to whom I am assigning the designation of breeder will be treated in all respects
as the breeder of this foal and will be
shown as such on the foal's Certificate of Registration. This person or those
persons will also sign their name in place of the
dam at the time of service on the foal's registration application. This form is
valid upon receipt by the Canadian Arabian Horse Registry. This form will only be used if
accompanied by the foal's registration application and the appropriate fee.
